We had an amazing time at a cozy and charming hotel surrounded by stunning mountain views and beautiful gardens nearby. the staff was incredibly warm, creating a personal and friendly environment. Our room had a spacious bathroom and balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. the breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool was perfect to cool off in the heat. We especially enjoyed visiting the nearby botanical garden and castle, which were very close by.
Although there were some great walks nearby, we would have liked more information about the tourist attractions that Merano has to offer.

We had an amazing stay during our city trip. The hotel was located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the mountains. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a cozy balcony. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh and tasty foods. We also loved the fact that the hotel had both an indoor and outdoor pool, it was such a treat to relax by the poolside and sunbathe during the day.
Our only concern during our stay was the lack of informative tourist information about the city. We found it difficult to locate certain areas and would have appreciated some more guidance on walking trails and cable cars.
